Love the painting and I always love to outline with either black or white...makes things pop! Thanks for sharing. Have a great week. Using a wheelbarrow is a jolly good idea!
I've looked at the book you are reading A place called winter. Sounds a very good book. I'll wait until it is released on Kindle, but I'll keep it in mind.
Have a good week,
Lisca#45Liscahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06055538730629891703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6254134409987044782.post-88342939699995129542015-04-16T22:27:41.766+01:002015-04-16T22:27:41.766+01:00Aww thanks Mo... I'm actually quite pleased with it in the end, so the negative voice knows diddlysquat!!!
As for the hanging baskets, I've been growing them for many years now, in all of our locations, even the desert, so I've had lots of experience. Last year I went to buy all of my plants in May and they had virtually all sold out. I've learnt that lesson too... so I went early this year. No flies on me ;D
The weather has been really kind lately... lots of sunshine but there's constantly a keen breeze. Hopefully that will go soon.
In a while crocodile... {{hugs backatcha}} Neesiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08629847485174945501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6254134409987044782.post-2752251236129376542015-04-16T22:10:03.589+01:002015-04-16T22:10:03.589+01:00Thank you Winnie for your lovely comment.. I don't know why you doubt yourself, you clearly are a very talented artist. Like, too, how you've overcome the problem of the mangers - so much easier to whip the wheelbarrow out when the sunshines and accustom those tender little plants to life outside :) I'm still keeping my seedlings safe in the cold frames for now. Have a great week. Love it muchly.
Many time around here I see people don't realise it's too early to hang out baskets just yet. See a little sunshine and out they go and then wonder what happened when good ol' Jack Frost comes a-calling late one week. Shame. But then I also 'blame' the garden centres that don't give sound advice when selling.
Right, I'm off my soap box and wish you more fine weather so your plants can get hardened off. It is still cool here for my gardening, so we had it cleaned of the winter mess, and now I wait for May to start planting my herbs and veggies. Usually go in around Mother's Day.
