I think she's on the trail of a field mouse. Well I hope that's all she's found ;D Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. Enjoy your Sunday whatever you have planned.
Thanks Tracy...it's not hard to take cheeky little shots with her. She's always up to something ^..^ I'm hoping it's only a field mouse. There are lots of little wee holes and gapes both in the wood pile but also the stone wall. I'm not sure what she'd do if she was confronted with something but for now she's loving being on the trail ;D Who knew that a shuh tzu had a hound dog hidden inside?
Indeed...there's so many hiddy-hoes here in the country...it's all very exciting for a little pooch ^..^ Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment...enjoy your Sunday
You should see that little toosh working her stuff May...it's quite something. I haven't seen a squirrel around the garden yet but I suppose there's always a first time...but I suspect it's field mice. I have a bird feeder and table nearby so there's lots of tasty tit-bits for everyone to share. I don't mind them being so nearby, just so long as none of them come into the house. Lovely to see you again and I wish you a super Sunday. Hugs to you and Muffy sends you swishy tails ^..^ xoxo
This is a whole new world for Muffytypup Judith...and it's oh so exciting ^..^ Great to see you once again and I hope I'll be able to catch up with my visiting soon. I'm so far behind it's becoming embarrassing. Have a great week.
We're thinking it's field mice but it's ever so interesting...every time the door is opened she dives out to check it out! ^..^ Thanks for stopping by Kimberley...I hope you had a great weekend and a fantastic week ahead ;D
Hi Julie, Weekend was great but full on thanks...also busy week ahead so nothing new here. I can only imagine that it's field mice that have been coming to snack on the bird seed nearby. Whatever it is it's certainly keeping her amused. She covers every inch of the wood pile, wood shed and wall cavities! ^..^ I hope you have a great week ahead. I'll visit as soon as I can. Thanks for stopping by
There's plenty around this plot Darren ;D Thanks for hosting once again...it's such fun! I hope you had a great weekend and your week has started well. Enjoy!
I think your little dog believes she lives in a dog's paradise, so many nooks and crannies to explore, and then home to mum to be brushed down and fed. The focus is so good on your photo (expert that you are), the moss on the rocks, the saw cut marks on the logs, and is that a windfarm I see in the distance? I always view them as sculptures, and love the way the relationship between the structures changes as one moves around or past them.
That's it to a tee Jez...dog's paradise indeed...or it would be if only it was a little warmer here. Qatar to Melbourne to Aberdeenshire has been a shock to her system...she thinks the thermometer has broken. Thanks for your lovely compliment on my photographs. I really enjoy this Silent Sunday post. I've had to go outside to check the wind farm because I know there's not one there. There is at the back of the house if I look right out across the landscape to the far off hills but that's the nearest. Unless my hubby gets his wish and the Laird lets him have one on a nearby field. Not the huge size one...just a small household one. Not sure I approve yet...the jury's out on this one. Have a great week and thanks for stopping by. I've got so much visiting to catch up on but I hope to make it to your place soon. xoxo
Doesn't it just Kim...but she's always mooching about on the trail of something. I think sometimes she forgets she's a shuh tzu and not a blood hound ^..^
Thanks for stopping by...I hope your week has started well. xoxo
hehe...indeed. Muffy often hides her treat biscuit under cushions, in her bed or out in the garden but I think this is something far more interesting. She's out there like a shot if the door is left open. All very intriguing ^..^ I couldn't resist taking the photo when I saw her but there was an even better one that got my attention first. She was stooped with her head up to her middle under the pallet and her toosh sticking right up in the air but once again I didn't have the camera. By the time I did she had moved. I think I'm going to have to have it on a strap around my neck!
Great to see you again...I hope your week has started off well. xoxo
There's no chance that even with Muffy's enthusiasm she'd catch a mouse Sophie...she's not that switched on it's all about the sniffing and tracking ^..^ hehe It's possibly her first encounter with a moosey anyway...she wouldn't know what to do. Fresh chicken handed on a plate is by far the easier option!
Thanks for visiting our place...have fun and enjoy your week ;D
Well it's funny you should say that because I'd lost her a little later on and found her under the pallet...gruffing and she didn't attempt to come out. I thought she was stuck and began to panic calling for reinforcements. Before we started to take the wood pile to pieces, I decided to try my usual trick to get her attention and to come to me. Basically, I make out someone has come to visit..."Oh Hi...how are you...great to see you etc" which being the nosy female she is...she comes running. It worked like a dream...out she crawled...little minx!
Great to see you again and I apologise for not calling in on you, but I promise to visit as soon as I can ;D Have a great week.
Hehe...yeah Boo she definitely forgets she's a Shuh Tzu. ^..^ More like a hound dog!
I hope your week has started well and continues to get better as it progresses. I'm trying desperately to catch up with my replies and visits so hopefully I'll get to you soon. xoxo
Wow, Neesie, you take some amazing pictures! I just scrolled through and enjoyed a gazillion excellent shots I have missed. And how about that tractor ride! Never a dull moment when Neesie's around:-)

This photo could almost be back to front, that could almost be a big hairy head instead of a tail. OK I know you'll think I'm mad!
ReplyDeleteNot mad Phoebe...unique and interesting maybe ;D
DeleteMcMuffy does have a kind of pushmepullyou look about her.
Thanks for your comment and I hope you're enjoying your Silent Sunday.
she looks really busy at work :)
ReplyDeleteThere's no rest for the wicked Tas ;D
DeleteLots to check out and explore
