It was amazing... I ran to the bathroom window climbing into the bath to take the shot Thankfully it was empty! ;D The things you do for a photograph Thanks for stopping by... enjoy your Sunday
Thanks VIctoria, I walked passed the window and noticed how dramatic it had turned, so I grabbed the camera before the rain started. The view is from my open bathroom window! Have a great Sunday
Thanks Jo, I had to move quickly to capture it because not long after snapping it the heavens opened! ;D Have a wonderful weekend and hopefully that'll be the end of the rain for a while.
I adore clouds and dramatic sky... so this was perfect this afternoon. I always feel better when I've got my Sunday photo in the bag as they say ;D Enjoy your weekend and thanks for popping into my place once again.
The grass is so green Michaela because we've had such a lot of rain lately but thankfully we've also seen the sun. I adore dramatic skies and I think this one put on a great show. Have a super Sunday and let's hope the sun shines ;D
I have that same view from my bedroom window, only difference the sea is where your hedge is! Lovely shot, hay bales all trussed up signify the end of summer.
I have a view of the sea too but it's a little further away and over the hill. I now realise love the space and lots of sky ;D Autumn is gently sneaking up on us but I'm determined to hang onto summer for as long as possible. Enjoy your day and hopefully the sun will shine.
Thanks Cathy, Yes I think you could be right... climbing into the bath and flinging open the window to hang out appears to have paid off (hehe) Enjoy your Sunday and thanks for stopping by
What a great photo of a great landscape! Have a nice sunday :-)

Thanks Jean, I was out on the driveway when I noticed what was happening so dashed inside for the camera and best stop to capture it. Have a super Silent Sunday
Yeah Carolynne, The grass is green due to so much rain lately but we have seen the sun... just not as much as I would have liked. It wasn't quite a storm but the heavens opened for the afternoon. Enjoy Silent Sunday and thanks for stopping by
Thanks Jolly Jilly, It is green but unfortunately that is because of lots of rain. Some places more than others but I do love the countryside and wouldn't change it ;D I hope you have a great Sunday too
It's something that I never take for granted Lisa, I know I'm very lucky to have it so like to share it ;D Have a great day and thanks for popping over to my place

I bet the farmer was pleased to already have the hay tightly baled up, always love those round straw bales, great photo, that is some pretty bathroom view! Wren x
A few fields are completed but he's still got a few to go. Maybe he needs me to volunteer to hop onto that combine harvester to give him a hand? ;D I won't tell you what my hubby says about that view but it's basically something along the lines of 'a view for a ***!' Anyway moving on swiftly... I hope you've had a wonderful weekend and Silent Sunday is spectacular with springy weather xoxo
Aww bless you Sharon, I've a few photo's that I've thought I'd like to print off and place on my wall. Especially some from my time living in Australia. I hope your Sunday is going well and is enjoyable.
