    1. I wish I could say it's mine Sara, but it's a property owned by the Scottish National Trust called Crathes Castle. There are many castles near here... which makes this a very special place with so many interesting places to visit.

    1. It's Crathes Castle in Aberdeenshire.
      It's a fantastic place to visit with lots to do. Even a 'Go Ape' which I'm sure your wee monkeys would love.

    1. They are indeed Darren because all of the history has been documented. There was even a great fire that destroyed part of building.
      There are still descendants involved with the property even though it has been handed over to the Scottish Nation Trust to help with it's upkeep.
      If you're ever up this way I recommend that you pay a visit... your girls would love it

    1. Exactly my thoughts... and that's why I just go to visit now and again to enjoy.
      They sell plants grown and reared in the gardens so it's always nice to bring a little home. That's as near as I will get ;D
