The reflection is so perfect, that for a moment it looks like you have pirated a cloud picture, upside down! I love it xx
Thanks Jo... I've got some photo's with three ducks on the lake but I like the lone duck the best. Have a great Sunday ;D
Love the stillness of the surface of the water and the reflections. Beautiful photo.
Thank you Louise... it was a beautiful morning walk ;D
Wow, Nessie! That is such a beautiful photo. I love the reflection of the sky and the trees on the clear water and duck is peacefully paddling along. :) xx#MySundayPhoto
I just couldn't resist capturing the scene as I walked past. There were other shots, but I think this was the best ;D
This is so lovely and peaceful, the contrast of light and dark is wonderful
It certainly got my attention on my morning walk Amanda...so I thought I'd share it with the Sunday Photo gang ;D
What a perfect reflection, beautiful. It's so calming, the water is so still x
Calming... well the play park nearby was full of little kiddywinks off school so it just shows you how an imagine can after our mood ;D
Such a clear reflection, I hope the little duck had some friends to join
He certainly did... I've got other photo's with them in it, but this one was by far the best shot. Have a great Sunday and thanks for visiting ;D
Ahh to bea duck. They always look so peaceful. Brilliant capture of what looks a very serene moment.
It might look a serene moment but the children's play park was very noise, but it didn't seem to bother this little wee chap.
The reflection on this is so crystal clearThank you for linking up
Thanks Darren, I just couldn't pass without trying to capture the scene. I'm happy with the results. Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a great Sunday ;D
this is gorgeous neesie. i love the reflections.
Thanks Sherry, it makes me feel relaxed when I look at it ;D
What a stunning photo Denise. The pond is like a mirror, with barely a ripple; that duck must have sat still for ages, lol. Happy Sunday :D xox
Thank you TT2,I was surprised to see the water so still. I couldn't resist stopping to take a few snaps.I popped Muffy in the car so the ducks wouldn't scatter (as you can imagine she wasn't too impressed) I just took a few shots of him and his pals, but the nearby play park was very noisy... I'm surprised the photo came out looking so calm and serene.Enjoy your Sunday ;D
I love this lonesome duck, the glass like water and the reflections. Lovely :)
I have a confession to make Jane... he wasn't a lone duck. He had three friends nearby ;D
Just looking at the water induces a serene feeling. Wonderful picture!sandy xx
I'm amazed that it comes across like that because, at the time of the shooting, the play park was full of little noisy kiddywinks and there were masses of people coming and going past! It just shows you what editing can do ;D
What a lovely photo! I feel rather sorry for the single duck though...hehehe
(Hehe)... Don't feel sorry for the single duck Kim, because he wasn't single... he had three others just out of shot! I think they were two couples ;D
What a perfect photo, the reflection is lovely but the duck in the middle makes it, in my opinion, #MySundayPhoto
Thanks so much Tara, I had a few different photos, each a little different, but this one was my favourite too ;D
Your photo just jumped out at me in the link up, it's so beautiful. Gorgeous light and lovely composition.
