"The simple things are also the most extraordinary things, and only the wise can see them"
Paulo Coelho
After watering the plants this morning...these water droplets caught my attention.
We are busy building and organising our new veg plot, which will be in a blog post soon.
But we're doing all ours by hand...watching the farmer using the plough and hearing the birds excited calls can make a pleasant distraction whilst stretching and resting the back!
During this last week I've decided to have a 'GIVEAWAY'
If you'd like to see what's involved then click here to check it out...but be quick because there's only a limited time for this giveaway.
Good luck if you decide to enter.
As it's Sunday I'm going to link up with My Sunday Photo over at Photalife.com
Whatever you have planned for this weekend... I hope you have a great time.
Enjoy and thanks for visiting my place.
Those raindrops look laiden and beautiful and a lovely countryside scene with the tractor.
ReplyDeleteThe raindrops were twinkling in the early morning light and I couldn't resist them. As you well know it's such a busy time for the farmers just now. Our farmers here have been working flat out until quite late. The recent good weather is too good to miss.
DeleteLove the shot with the tractor. That close-up shot with the droplets of water is stunning :-)
ReplyDeleteWe have fields all around us and the farmers have been busy out there working away for most of the day and into the early evening. It's full steam ahead whilst we have fantastic weather.
DeleteTwo great photographs, but your first one is stunning.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Thanks Jan, it just caught my eye twinkling away in the morning light.
DeleteI hope you're having a great Sunday :D
Beautiful capture of the water droplets - and I like the way you can see the reflections in each of them.
ReplyDeleteI liked that part too Tim,
DeleteI hope you're having an enjoyable weekend especially with this wonderful weather.
Love the water drops. I've attempted close up imagery like this myself yet it never quite works. #MySundayPhoto
ReplyDeleteI have tried too John, sometimes I'm lucky and sometimes not. I guess this time was one of the lucky ones :D
DeleteSuch a beautiful macro shot of the raindrops! I hope the weather has been nice to you whilst work on the veggie plot.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jade, we have had incredibly good weather on the whole and not much rain. I'm having to water the plot now...but that's fine. I'd rather it that way than suffering bad weather and not being able to get out there. Have a great Sunday and thanks for visiting our plot!
DeleteLove that, it's as if the water droplets are queuing up! Hope the veg plot is going well. It's always hard work but so worth it!
ReplyDeleteHehe...it does look like they're forming a queue doesn't it.
DeleteEarly morning dew makes plants in the garden so pretty. Especially if the light is right :D
Enjoy your Sunday
Beautiful detail in the water droplets
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up
Thanks Darren, I'm happy that I managed to capture them.
DeleteThanks also for hosting once again. Have a great Sunday :D
Love the water droplets...so pretty.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes with your garden~
Thanks Jan...things are moving along especially whilst the weather is so good. Hopefully it'll last!
DeleteThose raindrops are amazing. So clear. My OH's just finished his ploughing too.
ReplyDeleteThanks Emma, I was pleased with the outcome of the raindrops.
DeleteI suppose that this time of year is one of the busiest times for the farmers. Good luck with the harvest when it's time :D
Wonderful pictures Denise - I had to show my husband the water droplets - ahhhhh.
ReplyDeleteSandy xx
Thanks so much Sandy...I'm thrilled that you liked the photo so much that you had to share it.
DeleteI was pleased with the result of the image :D
Love those water droplets, as usual you have a wonderful eye for a good pic!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

Once I saw the droplets I had to go immediately to get my camera. Thankfully, I captured the image because a little later when I looked again at the plant... the droplets had disappeared.
DeleteI'm a great believer in seizing the moment...and in this case it certainly paid off :D
They look so refreshing. #MySundayPhoto
ReplyDeleteThanks Helena, have a great week and thanks for your visit and comment.
