It's a very sad day today, because Zac...Muffin's best friend from Melbourne had to say goodbye.
He was our little trooper and a hero.
These two little fluff balls had so much fun together, with lots of adventures along the way.
Although Zac loved to meet new friends, he would get so excited to see her... even squealing with delight.
His tolerance level for Muffin was on a completely different level, to that for everyone else.
She could get away with murder...even taking the food from his dish...which if you knew Zac you'd know that that was the ultimate sacrifice and showed just how much he cared for her.
He LOVED his food!
She could do no wrong in his eyes.
He had celebrated his 17th Birthday, but we'd have loved to have him around for many more years, but that wasn't to be. We have so many wonderful memories and if you'd like to see more photo's and see some of their antics together, write Zac into the search box in the sidebar of this blog.
We shall all miss him so much, but we'll keep his memory alive in our hearts.
💔💔 RIP Zac 💔💔
Sob, I loved to read about Zac and Muffy's adventures in Melbourne. A lovely wee chap and always Muffy's sweetheart.

DeleteHugs to you too
Oh I enjoyed seeing all the posts about Muffy and Zac...reminds me of how my dogs would play. The basket of toys reminded me of all the toys we had in a basket too!! Animals bring so much joy! Thanks for sharing Zac life with us. Again so sorry for your loss!xoxoxo

Aww bless you for taking time to look back Giggles. I had a quick peek at one and found it too upsetting. I'll have to look at a later stage. It's good to know that they are waiting there to bring back wonderful memories. I remember that day when Zac was hunting for one particular toy in Muffins basket. We were howling with laughter at the antics of both Zac and Muffin's reaction.
DeleteHopefully his owners will be able to gain a little comfort from the posts too.
Thanks for your kind words... it really means a lot to me 💖
How wonderful and sad - Zac was about as pretty as Muffin. I did look at other pictures and even watched a video.
ReplyDeleteThanks,

As pretty as Muffin! (Gasp) Yeah I think you could be right Sandy. He certainly was a character.

ReplyDeleteHe certainly was adorable Jan. It's one of the hardest things about being a pet owner...it can be so hard when it comes time to say goodbye. I'm sure his owners will find some comfort reading all these lovely comments. Thank you for your kind words.
DeleteSo sorry, 17 years is a good run.
