  5. Ah, a raised bed with a built-in irrigation system. You could grow some nice carrots in that. I like it!

  16. Hi there lovely!
I've just a had a lovely catch-up with a cuppa and delighted in every morsel of your delicious British/Scottish/McMufftish news :-)
The Silent Sunday image made me giggle too...
a loo & bidet in the scenic countryside... giggle!
I hope your renovations are coming along nicely?
And as for the cold weather... well you already know I'm envious.
I'll send you some blue skies from Perth as long as you promise to pop some snow in the mail for us ok?
We watched a Jamie Oliver Christmas special last night and drooled over all the yummy hot dishes he was making... only to return to Oz reality with a thump realising that it's prawns on the beach for breakfast with bubbly (or in my case Pimms) ... sigh... I suppose that's not a disasgtrous way to start the day then hey? :-)

Have a super duper week lovely one... ♥♥♥
PS - Stay cosy Ms M... and forgive Mum for the grooming... it's for your own good! ♥♥♥

    1. Now what can I say when you open your comment like that Angy ;D
I'm so happy to hear that you've enjoyed your visit but maybe you should wrap up a little more next time you head over here. There's talk of snow for tomorrow and we could be snowed in by Friday!!!

We had beautiful blue sky here today...in fact it was perfect to look out at just not so good if you went outdoors. It was rather chilly!

Oh don't you just love Jamie Oliver. I remember the Christmas specials and I too loved them. I think they're perfect to get you in the Christmassy mood.

Hey bubbly or Pimms to start the day sounds perfect to me. We normally have Bucks Fizz ;D

I think I might have got away with the grooming as she doesn't seem to be holding a grudge. Maybe it's because I've constantly got her jumper or fleece to hand. ^..^

I hope you're having a super duper week too ♥♥♥
Enjoy that warmth and if it gets too hot just nip over here...it'll be like popping into the freezer for some ice! They'll probably be photos to keep you cool too.
      xoxo

  18. Yep, nothing quite like a 'loo with a view'. lol

Okay, now I'm shocked.....I took a leave of absence from blogging for three months in June and I come back to find out that you left our Aussie shores. What the....?!! I obviously have some major catching up to do on your blog. xx

    1. Hi Serena,
Yes I know one minute we are in Oz and the next we're in Scotland! It's all very surreal really. I could bore you with all the details regarding our decision but it's getting late and it's all rather boring so I'll not bother.
It feels good to be home though even though I miss Melbourne so much. It holds a special place in my heart.
Great to see you back and I'll need to catch up with you too.
Have a wonderful week whatever you get up to...enjoy! ;D
      xoxo

  19. LOL! You could turn the tub the other way, bury it, and make a little water pond or fish pool--and plant flowers in the toilet bowl and use the sink as a giant bird feeder or bird bath. ;)

Hopefully your week is going well and I'll see you soon ;D
