Did you guess Date and Walnut Cake? If so, you deserve a slice, but unfortunately it's disappeared! Enjoy your Sunday evening and I hope you have a wonderful week ahead.
Well done Laurie, it's indeed a Date and Walnut Cake. Great minds think alike eh? I wonder if yours has disappeared like mine? I hope you have a great week ahead and that your snow finally disappears too.

Yes I'm afraid so Nan, you'll have to come in your slippers next time. I think they enjoyed it as there were the odd mmm...yumm... noises. I think you may be playing with my head because it's really misty chilly weather outside and you're talking about Halloween. Oh Nan I really need summer first... I mean I REALLY NEED summer! Have a great week and I'll pop across to see you soon. I need to feel some heat.
