My Sunday Photo... Spring sprouting and snow

Before I go I couldn't resist letting you see our latest reno!
In the woodshed an old swallow's nest wasn't used last year, but someone's got their eye on it for this year's new arrivals.
We're thinking it might be a robin... we have four in and around our garden
What do you think?
(Apologies for the bad photo but it's quite dull in there and I didn't want to disturb the squatters)
We've had such a great week... weather wise, but as I type this post it's actually snowing!
Honestly... I kid you not... SNOWING!
See...
I don't think I've ever posted so late to the My Sunday Photo linky... let's hope I'm not too late.

I hope you have a great week ahead.

    1. That's just a snippet of what I have in the garden. I love to be able to go into the garden at any time of the year and be able to pick something to bring into the house and appreciate.
Thanks for your visit and comment... have a great week

    1. I KNOW Cate... it's ludicrous!
At least being this cold the sun's out and everything is bright and crisp. I'd just like a little warmth with it.
Have a great week and thanks for stopping by my place.

    1. Thanks Darren, it's been a fantastic week weather wise, but yesterday came to bite us... just to remind us that it's still early in the year.
      Poor plants :(
I was very late linking up yesterday but as always you were there... thanks.
Thanks also for taking the time to leave a comment. I need to nip back to leave one on your blog... I ran out of time yesterday.

    1. I certainly has Mo... I think the flakes were bigger than any we saw over winter and it went on for quite some time!
I've not but my woolies or thermals away either... you reckless thing you ;D
Beautiful sunshine today but that temperature is still only 4 degrees. I'm not a happy bunny... I need a little warmth. (Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese)

    1. I KNOW Sherry... it's just not right!
We had hail first then the big snowflakes arrived. There's still evidence this morning because it was a very cold night but the sun's out now and hopefully it'll melt them all away. It's only 4 degrees (what's that around 39 Fahrenheit. All I know is that it's too cold!!!)
Have a warm sunny week - well fingers crossed and thanks for stopping by my place.

  7. We've had some yoyo weather here, too. At least the snow won't last. Just have to hope the lovely flowers survive it. :)

    1. Well I'm happy to report Rita, as I look out of the window...it's all disappeared. Let's hope we don't see anymore until next winter. It was most bizarre.
I'm not so sure about the flowers yet... I'll leave them basking in the sunshine (although it's only just over 40F degrees) I'll wait to check on them when the temperature rises... hopefully.
Have a great week and let's hope everything settles down soon.

Your photos are amazing especially the blooms! loving the red flowers as the color is really vibrant!
