I am still away at the moment, due to a family bereavement, but I thought I'd just post this photo which I meant to post last week.
It is taken in my daughters new nest which shows her new art desk.
She purchased it when we helped her move from her old nest.
My son put it together for her and I think it's settling in well.
It is probably full of art supplies by now, as she is working on new designs ready for the festive season.
I am always interested to see other peoples creative space, aren't you?
Because it is Friday, I am joining in with the Paint Party Friday link up.
Have a great weekend everyone and I hope to catch up with you after next week.
Take care
It's a beautiful space with the perfect desk now!
ReplyDeleteIt has so much light coming in Christine through those large windows (even in Edinburgh!)
DeleteI think she's settling in very well and the new work space is ideal.
What a lovely place to work. Happy PPF, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI believe new designs are being created in that space already... so it's a winner!
DeleteWhat a gorgeous work space! I'm sorry for your loss.
ReplyDeleteThank you Lisa, that's very kind of you.
DeleteThe work space is great and I believe already producing new designs.
That's an amazing spot to make art. All the light and the view of the street (I believe) or at the homes and businesses around there.
ReplyDeleteIt is located in Edinburgh city and the view is of the apartments across the road. There's always something to see whilst waiting for inspiration to come calling.
DeleteIs it Edinburgh? I used to have a very similar tennement vindow view when I loved there. Those Georgian Windows let in so much light. Wonderful space.
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed Edinburgh... well spotted Morag.
DeleteThe light coming in through those large windows is wonderful and there's always something to see if the creative flow stops.
I believe it's already producing new designs and creations.
Such a perfect place for an art table there amidst the windows! I think it's wonderful that your daughter is following along in your artistic footsteps.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great view! Love the red lamp, too. I'm sure it is filled up by now. :)
ReplyDeletenow thats a beautiful creative space, many good things will come from there!!!

Hey Denise - I am running way behind as usual. This is such a delightful creative space. A real "room with a view"! Love the ceiling with the trim.
ReplyDeleteAs I said, I am really behind - sorry you are going through some sad time.
